Dispatching Solutions, Inc announces tha Hewitt Équipement Limitée has purchased DSI Service Manager 2.0®

Dispatching Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of Logistics, Service Management and Tracking solutions for Rental, Service and Transport industries, today announced that Hewitt Industries in Montreal, Quebec, Canada has purchased DSI's new Service Manager 2.0 software suite with vehicle GPS tracking to manage their field service operations.
DSI's Service Manager software suite includes work order management, scheduling and optimization, GPS and FFA (Field Force Automation) software tools to provide real-time optimized decision making to the service process. DSI's goal is to allow its customers to achieve “service excellence” leading to dramatically improved profitability and customer satisfaction.
