DSI Announces Joint Marketing Agreement with Infotrak Pty Ltd

Dispatching Solutions, Inc, a leading provider of Logistics and Tracking solutions for Rental, Service and Transport industries, proudly announces today the signing of a joint marketing agreement with Australia's Infotrak Pty Ltd, the leading supplier of Condition Monitoring Software to the Caterpillar Dealerships. Under the terms of the agreement, DSI will sell and support Infotrak products in North America, and Infotrak will sell and support DSI products in Asia Pacific markets including Australia, Indonesia and South Africa. This agreement will provide current and potential customers with a larger support structure covering all world time zones.
InfoTrak and DSI will work together to integrate their complimentary strengths into an Equipment Management Solution which covers all key aspects of Caterpillar Dealer Service Customer interaction while providing excellence in the processes incorporated within the solution. These integrated products are being offered exclusively to Caterpillar Dealerships Worldwide.
Infotrak will incorporate DSI's Integration Engine into its Commander® Solutions to automatically create work orders in corporate systems from events managed in the Equipment Commander system.
