At DSi, a key part of our business is continuing to support our products after deployment. We take pride in offering knowledge and helpful expertise when a customer calls in with questions or concerns.
Customers choose one of three plans for their DSi support options. All calls go to the same team, and all concerns are addressed with the same care.
Our Silver plan allows a limited number of support incidents per month (some restrictions apply). A discount is applied to software upgrades and training packages.
The Gold plan grants an unlimited number of weekday support incidents per month and no-cost software upgrades. Training packages are offered at a discount.
Platinum level customers have access to all the benefits of the Gold plan, plus no cost for support calls answered during our Saturday support hours. Platinum customers also receive a larger discount on training, and reduced costs on custom development.
